Three-layer 238 GSM construction: The bag wall is a multi-layer sandwich — non-woven polypropylene exterior for durability and printability, insulating polyester fiber in the middle for thermal performance, and coated thermal film on the interior for heat reflection and easy cleaning. This multi-layer approach outperforms single-layer foil or film linings because the polyester fiber creates a genuine thermal barrier rather than just a reflective surface.

FDA compliant: This bag has been tested and certified for direct food contact — a compliance level that most insulated bags in the market don’t carry.
