Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes — we keep artwork on file for as long as possible. If you need to reorder, just give us a call and we’ll send you a new order form. It’s that easy.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes. You’ll typically receive a proof within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Proofs come directly from our bag vendors and print shops — we do not do mock-ups prior to an order being placed.

Can you start working on my product before I place my order?

We can advise you on direction and next steps, but proofs come from the factory or print shop once a live order is in house. No proofs are issued prior to an order being placed.

Is there a set-up fee for my artwork?

In most cases, yes. The vendor charges a setup fee to build the screen, mold, full-color artwork, or hot stamp — depending on your print method. All setup charges are listed on our quote sheets.

Are there extra fees for artwork tweaks?

Minor changes — like a phone number or address update — are generally no charge. More complex changes will be quoted by your rep before any work begins.

Are there restrictions on artwork size or detail?

Every item has a maximum imprint area, and we’ll size your vector logo to the largest we can within those limits. For full-color or photographic artwork, we may ask you to transfer files via a service like WeTransfer.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order quantities are set per item and listed on each product page on our website.

How easy is it to reorder?

Very easy — just call 877-334-5323 or email your sales rep. We keep your artwork on file.

Do I have to pay set-up charges again on a reorder?

It depends on the vendor. Some charge reorder setup fees and some do not — your sales rep will clarify when you reach out.

Can you send me a sample?

Absolutely. We offer up to 2 samples under $5.00 each at no charge with your shipper number.

Can I order less or more than the quantity shown?

Most minimums must be met. Some vendors will accept an LTM (less than minimum) order, but most do not. Ask your rep for specifics on the item you’re interested in.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders canceled during production will be charged for work completed at the time of cancellation.

How fast will I get my order?

Most items are delivered within 5–15 business days plus shipping transit time.

Do you offer rush service?

Some items can be rushed and some cannot. Ask your sales rep and they’ll let you know what’s possible for your specific product.

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally if you have a freight forwarder on the US side of the border. We ship to them, they clear the order, and bring the bags to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept checks and wire transfers. If paying by check, we must receive the physical check before moving forward with printing.

Do you require pre-payment?

Yes — as with all printing, we do not begin production until the order has been paid for in full.
